by the Municipal Industrial and Commercial
Bureau; 5.enterprise's property auditing reports;
6. project proposal; 7.projest feasibility
study; 8.project environment forecast report;
9.project ichnography; 10.project preliminary
draft; 11. the document reflecting the project
level, mature degree, capital in hand. |

credit certificate of foreign businessman
(corporation business license of each party,
foreign party's ID, capital certificate issued
by the foreign party's bank and a power of
attorney by the foreign business man); 3.

directors; 4. Project proposal 5.projest feasibility

7.project ichnography; 8.project preliminary
